Water heater wouldn't light.. My husband and I tried for an hour.. Called Jackson Heating & AC, they were out in a few hours like I was told.. Determined that the control unit was shot. Decided to get a new water heater (just bought the house). Other jobs were finished up and they changed out my water heater. Same day!! They were great..

My heat pump at my vacant home broke down. I contacted a few contractors who wanted to sell me a new 2.5 ton that would have been $7,000 plus dollars. No one lives there & I just needed it fixed to prevent molding & freezing issues. I am a Widow & have a limited income.
Jackson Heating & Air gave me a quote for a 3 ton replacement condensing unit for $3100. Half the price of a full unit. No one else offered me that option.

We called in desperation for our air to get fixed on a weekend! Robert came within an hour of our phone call. He was very professional, explained things perfectly, and fixed up our unit quickly. We’ve had no problems since. I would highly recommend having him come out or using this company in general. We had an excellent experience all around and are so grateful for the timeliness and professionalism shown!
My tech Shane I had at my home was a quality tech. Very knowledgeable in his work and I felt very confident in having him at my home. Would recommend him and this company. Phone representatives greet you with a smile over the phone and very helpful. By far the best company I’ve ever dealt with. The company offers a great deal that I couldn’t pass up on yearly maintenance on your unit. Would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them as long as they are around!

Jackson Heating &Air was an awesome company to work with. They were super fast and on top of things. Johnny was the technician that initially came out. He was thorough, professional, and honest and was even able to get our install bumped up several days to accommodate a trip we had coming. Kyle and Steven did the install a few days later and I haven’t seen a more professional job. Everything I stress about when hiring someone to do work on my home was illuminated. I always think to myself I could have done a better job than that, except this time! Not only does the new AC work great but the install and equipment look amazing. They cross ever T and dot every I! They even come out a few weeks later for a quality check just to make sure everything is perfect. I recommend giving these guys a call! 24/7 they answer!!
